Tri state Community Health Center provides affordable and high quality Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Women Health (OBGYN), and Case Management services, and affordable 340B Pharmacy program to the resident of Memphis and Shelby County.

Monday and Thursday 09:00 AM -5:00PM

Tuesday and Thursday 09:00AM-7:00 PM

Friday 09:00 -01:00 PM

(Daily: Monday-Thursday Closed 12:00pm-12:30pm for Lunch)
